Welcome to TableWise. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TableWise app ("the Service"). By creating an account or using TableWise, you agree to these Terms.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for activity that occurs under your account. You may invite household members, and you are responsible for content shared within your household.
Use of the Service
- TableWise provides tools for weekly meal planning, grocery budgeting, household coordination, and related features.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- Estimated prices and meal suggestions are informational and may vary; you are responsible for your actual purchases and decisions.
SMS Messaging
- Users may optionally opt in to receive transactional and customer-care SMS messages from TableWise.
- Messages may include account notifications, meal-planning reminders, shopping/grocery list updates, household invitations, and responses to user-requested actions.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- SMS consent is not required to use or purchase TableWise services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by disrupting its operation, attempting to access it through unauthorized means, or using it to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property
TableWise and its original content, features, and design are the property of TableWise. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a license to host and display it within the Service as needed to operate your household features.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TableWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using TableWise at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of TableWise after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
