SMS Notifications from TableWise
TableWise sends optional SMS notifications to users who explicitly opt in to the service. Messages help families stay coordinated on meal planning, shopping, and household activities.
Who receives messages
Only TableWise users who have explicitly opted in to SMS notifications by checking the consent box in their Settings and providing their mobile number.
Message types
Users who opt in may receive SMS messages about:
- Meal reminders — notifications about upcoming planned meals
- Chef assignments — notifications about who is responsible for cooking
- Family meal voting — notifications when it's time to vote on meal choices
- Shopping list updates — notifications when shopping lists are created or updated
- Account-related alerts — important account or household notifications

Message frequency varies based on your household activity and notification preferences.
Costs and control
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent is not required to use TableWise.
How to opt in
SMS notifications can be enabled in TableWise Settings. Check the SMS consent box and provide your mobile number. You can opt out at any time by unchecking the box in Settings or by replying STOP to any message.
